These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Free VPN application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Free VPN, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service

Free VPN provides encrypted VPN connections to remote servers using the WireGuard protocol. The Service allows you to select server locations, connect and disconnect on demand, and view connection statistics within the app.

We may add, modify, or remove servers and features at any time without prior notice. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for activities that could harm other users or third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or others.

No Account Required

Free VPN registers an anonymous user identifier tied to your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of the Service through your device.

Third-Party Networks and Content

The Service routes your traffic through third-party network infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content you access while connected. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREE VPN AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free VPN and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
